What can a Wedding Day Butler do for us?

We will support your chosen venue to provide you with a first class service throughout your special day.  Your Wedding Day Butler will help with arrival drinks, seating and serving the top table, pouring wine and assisting with the lunch and evening buffet.  He will ensure a warm welcome to your evening guests discretely bringing to your attention their arrival.


What is the benefit of a Wedding Day Butler?

Your Wedding Day Butler will ensure your flowers, favours and personal touches are beautifully presented.  He will manage the guests, line ups and announcements and help organise family groups and friends for your precious Wedding Day photographs and see that your guest book is signed by all.

Our Wedding Day Butler will add "A Touch of Class and Peace of Mind on your Special Day".


Do I need to book a Toastmaster as well as a Wedding Day Butler?

No - your Butler will perform the traditional duty of a Toastmaster within his role.


Will the Butler lay the tables, arrange favours and seating plan?

The Butler will not lay the tables, however he will work with the venue on your behalf to ensure glasses, cutlery etc… are all clean and precisely placed.


Will the Butler travel between Wedding venues (i.e. Church and Reception Venue)?

Yes - all Wedding Day Butler's will supply and drive their own vehicle.


Will the Butler organise our Wedding Reception?

The Butler is not a wedding planner or event manager.  Your venue will be responsible for your food and drink service.  However, your Wedding Day Butler will work closely with the venue and usually serve the top table or, if you prefer, the Bride and Groom only.


Can the Butler call any suppliers if they fail to turn up or are running late?

Yes - your Wedding Day Butler will be supplied with your completed contact sheet prior to the day.


Can you supply a Wedding Day Butler overseas ?

Yes - we have fully trained professional Butlers worldwide and those who are happy to travel overseas.


Will the Butler collect all presents and move to a secure room?

Yes - your Wedding Day Butler will place all of your wedding gifts into a previously selected secure room.


Could we book more than one Butler?

Yes certainly - you could have Butler service for each table if required.  We have previously provided in excess of fifty Butlers for one Wedding Day.


What backgrounds do your Butlers come from?

Wedding Day Butlers are all highly experienced professionals within the industry.  We will provide you with a short biography on each Wedding Day Butler along with a photograph once your booking is confirmed.


How many hours will the Butler be with me?

The Butler will be with you up to 12 hours, The start time will depend on the individual wedding.


Do we have to provide the Butler with a meal?

Yes please -  at your discretion either a hot or cold meal should be provided.


What is the Butlers attire?

Traditional morning suit, striped trousers, white shirt, grey or silver tie, black waistcoat and short herringbone jacket.


Would a Butler wear the same colours as the wedding party (tie)?

Yes - this would be no problem if you would like to provide a tie and handkerchief.


Can the Butler wear a tailcoat?

Yes - we can organise this at an additional hire cost.


Will the Butler wear white gloves?

Yes - this is part of the Butler uniform.


Will the Butler be able to dress the groomsmen (bow ties, cravats etc…)?

Your Wedding Day Butler will be able to assist where required.


Do you provide female Butlers too?

Yes - we would be able to provide a female Wedding Day Butler as well as the traditional male.


Can I choose my Butler?

Yes - if you like the profile of a particular Butler and they are available on your date.


Will I be able to meet my Butler prior to the wedding day?

This can be arranged depending upon your location.  At a minimum we arrange for a telephone call 14 days prior to your wedding day.


How do we book a Wedding Day Butler?

The first step is to complete the online form after which a member of staff will be in touch to provide a quote and discuss any further details.   A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.


Do you accept credit card payments?

Unfortunately payment can only be made by either cheque or BACS.


When do we have to pay the remainder of the deposit?

The final balance is due 14 days prior to wedding date.
